Quality World Spring 2023

Preparing for the future is an integral part of the quality profession. In the Spring 2023 edition of Quality World we explore some key issues that will affect the profession in years to come and take a look at the results of the CQI's major research project into the future of assurance. There's a look at how quality principles and processes can drive the move to a more agile way of working. Several members of the ISO/TC 176 Brand Integrity task group outline the issues facing ISO 9001 and what can be done to ensure the standard remains fit for purpose.
