Quality World Autumn 2023

In the Autumn 2023 edition of Quality World, Rashad Issa, new Chair of the CQI Board of Trustees, discusses his ambitions for the role, while members of the CQI Sustainability special interest group reflect on key findings of a member survey. We have two features on how quality professionals can maintain a competitive advantage, and also look at how quality professionals can incorporate emerging technologies in their roles.
