Quality World Autumn 2021

Sustainability is a priority theme for the quality profession and it is explored throughout this issue of Quality World. The new Chair of the CQl's Board of Trustees, Amanda McKay, explains how a 'right first time' attitude and a commitment to diversity can underpin sustainability.
