Quality World Autumn 2021

Sustainability is a priority theme for the quality profession and it is explored throughout this issue of Quality World. The new Chair of the CQl's Board of Trustees, Amanda McKay, explains how a 'right first time' attitude and a commitment to diversity can underpin sustainability. There is an insight into the concept of Macro-Quality and how it can be used to understand the interconnectivity of our lives and the world around us, placing quality at the centre of how we can meet sustainability targets.
