This course is designed to give context and insight into CQI's eight Quality 4.0 principles. In this course, you will be given a detailed explanation of each principle and examples of the principles in action. You will also be prompted to think about what the principles mean to your role as a quality professional.
Throughout this course, you will interact with text, additional supporting materials, and reflect on where you might see Quality 4.0 principles in action. At the end of the course, you will complete a quiz testing the knowledge that you have acquired and a short feedback survey. We estimate this course will take 30-60 minutes to complete.
