Tony Korycki is an independent educator in organisational improvement, with 35 years of experience in: systems thinking, process management, measurement systems and quality, including at BT Global Services, where he led strategic improvements for service delivery, and on the service process architecture.
Tony is a Director and UK Chair for SCiO (Systems & Complexity in Organisation), and collaborated within the Deming SIG in the creation of MoSO (the Model of Sustainable Organisation), based on the approaches of Deming and comparable thinkers. Tony also contributed to the establishment of a Level-7 Systems Thinking Practitioner apprenticeship, working with government agencies and educational providers, to create programmes of learning for practitioners, and is Operations Director at SPA (Systems Practitioner Assessment), an organisation approved as an apprenticeship assessor. He is an Associate Lecturer on Systems Thinking practice with the OU, and teaches with SCiO & Cherith Simmons for the Systems Thinking Practitioner apprenticeship. Tony holds an MSc in Telecommunications, a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Thinking, and a BA (Hons) in Humanities with Music.
