Fussels Fine Foods started as an experiment: a small diversification project alongside the family farming business. However, it soon found its own momentum and today it stands proudly as a thriving business in its own right. Nearly 20 years on, the journey is far from over. Tim shares insights on how he continues to learn, adapt and build, navigating a rapidly changing landscape as the UK faces growing uncertainty around food security and the future of British agriculture.
