As the Director of Integrated Management System at KGS Group Consulting Engineers and Project Managers, she brings extensive experience in Management Systems, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.
Ruth is a certified PMP and CMQ/OE and co-founded Prowezz Leadership, focusing on developing leaders and agents of change. She is an ASQConnEx expert and has served as the past Section Chair of ASQ Manitoba.
In her personal life, Ruth enjoys spending time with her family, connecting with people, singing, and cooking.
