Case study: Our journey to the Deming Prize

Indus Towers, the world's largest Telecom Tower company was the 229th company globally to have received the Deming Prize in 2018. Uday Mahajan, had the opportunity to lead the 8-year journey for the organization. In this webinar, he shares snippets of how they went about doing that. He touches upon various aspects of the journey starting with why they chose the TQM adoption journey for the Deming Prize. Uday will also discuss the how challenges were overcome on driving initiatives and applying TQM concepts across the organisation, and how the organisation prepared for the assessments.

Uday Mahajan is an INSEAD alumnus, a GE certified Master Black Belt and Lean Master Trainer. He is TQM certified from JUSE Japan, a certified EFQM assessor and certified Scrum Master, specialising in business transformation, ESG and operations. He has over 29 years of rich experience in managing large teams across the globe in a variety of industries including BPO, healthcare, IT services, telecom infrastructure and marine.
