Session outline: Zoi Kontodimou, the CQI West of Scotland Branch and CQI Sustainability SIG Chair, delivers a presentation discussing Key Quality Tools for Creating A Circular Economy. A circular economy aims to minimise waste and promote a sustainable use of natural resources through smarter product design, longer use, recycling and more, as well as regeneration in nature.
Speaker information: Zoi has many years of experience as an Accreditation manager, and a Lead Auditor on various Management systems standards as well as CSR, Environmental and Sustainability reports verification. She is undertaking PhD research on Corporate Sustainability Management, Risk and Corporate Performance, and is a founding member and Chair of the CQI's Sustainability Special Interest Group.
