This 1-hour course provides a solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodology while enhancing your problem-solving and improvement skills. You’ll also gain valuable insights on applying these concepts within your organisation, using interactive and practical examples.
Once you've completed the course, you'll be able to:
- understand key terms and 'jargon' associated with Lean Six Sigma
- recognise the principles of Lean Six Sigma and how they can be demonstrated
- outline the phases of DMAIC
- examine how a selection of improvement tools can be used to solve a process problem (e.g. problem statements, SIPOCs, Histograms, VA/NVA Analysis)
- consider further actions and future learning opportunities
