Jeff is a highly experienced auditor, trainer, and consultant with over 35 years in both private and public sectors, spanning manufacturing and service industries. He has delivered more than 750 days of training, auditing, and consultancy in the past five years. An approved tutor with SGS and the Wales Quality Centre for 19 years, Jeff specialises in ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor courses. With over 30 years as an SGS Lead Auditor and 21 years as a guest lecturer, he brings deep expertise across international management systems and diverse global organisations.
