Adam Crowe, Scheme Manager at SCCS Ltd, shares his insight into what AI is and how to apply it within a Quality role. Adam has 12 years quality management experience, leading certification bodies, developing and operating certification schemes, and managing UKAS accreditations. In his more recent roles he has used AI as a tool to help him build the frameworks and documentation for new certification schemes.
In this session, Adam focuses on real-world application – how AI can support quality professionals, enhance efficiency and complement established quality tools and techniques. It is ideal for quality professionals who are curious about AI, unsure where to start, or looking for realistic ways to integrate AI into their existing quality practices.
