With over a decade of experience in building integrated management systems, coaching teams, and driving cultural transformation, Susan is passionate about reframing quality as a people-driven discipline.
She currently serves as Chair of the CQI Caribbean Network and Vice Chair of ASQ’s NextGen Quality Management Division, where she actively mentors emerging professionals and champions cross-functional collaboration. A John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and DISC Consultant, she blends leadership development with quality practice to empower professionals to think differently about compliance, culture, and customer trust.
