International Management System Standards - Key Changes and How To Audit Them

Session outline:

In this webinar, the Wales Network introduces speaker Jeff Green to explore the key changes to international management system standards – specifically those stemming from Annex SL, with a spotlight on Clause 5.1: Leadership & Commitment.

With the revision of ISO standards bringing leadership into sharper focus, top management is now squarely accountable for driving performance, aligning strategic direction with management systems, and promoting continual improvement. But how have organisations responded?

This event covers:

  • Actions companies have taken to meet the expectations of Clause 5.1
  • Challenges faced in implementation and cultural alignment
  • How well third-party auditors are evaluating this critical clause
