ISO9001: The Process Approach and Risk-based Thinking

Session outline:

Hosted by the Surrey and Sussex Network, this webinar examines the core principles that drive successful Quality Management Systems (QMS). Rooted in ISO 9001:2015, it explores how the process approach, risk-based thinking, and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model come together to form the essential foundation for any effective QMS.

This event demonstrates how these three components:

  • Align with ISO 9001:2015 requirements
  • Support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives
  • Enable continual improvement across your management system
