Speaker information

Denis is a multi-award winning Quality Management executive who is a passionate advocate of Quality. His expertise includes Strategic Quality Management, Excellence Models such as EFQM and Baldrige and the Integration of ISO management standards.

He has a Degree in Building Engineering an MBA and PhD in quality management. He is a Fellow of The American Society for Quality, The Chartered Quality Institute (UK) The Chartered Institute of Building and Institution of Civil Engineers. He is also a Fellow of the Institute for Collaborative Working as well as a Chartered Quality Professional, Certified Quality Manager, Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner. Denis has received the ASQ's Lancaster Medal, Edwards Medal, Feigenbaum Medal, Berger Award & Section Leadership Award. Also the APEX Award for Quality Leadership & international awards for research publications.
