Business landscapes are constantly evolving and in this Spring 2024 issue of Quality World we consider how quality professionals must adapt to meet the challenges. This includes how auditors must adapt as businesses evolve, the role of quality professionals in developing an organisation’s strategy, supporting an organisation's social sustainability efforts and how organisations can measure their sustainability impact. Digital transformation and Quality 4.0 are key topics within this issue, which we also explore in our interview with data scientist Nicole Radziwill. We also take a look at the work of Trading Standards in protecting consumers and businesses.

In the Summer 2024 issue of Quality World, we shine the spotlight on some of the winners at the International Quality Awards 2024. We also discuss the talks and presentations from Quality Live 2024, as well as taking a closer look at the management philosophy of the Human Factor that can improve both quality and safety. Rashad Issa CQP FCQI, Chair of the CQI's Board of Trustees, gives an update on the CQI's strategy and its focus for the next five years.

In the Autumn 2024 issue of Quality World, we take a look at key themes for quality professionals, including how organisations can maximise the impact of artificial intelligence, and managing the impact of environmental and sustainability concerns. Masato Onodera of JUSE discusses the development of quality in Japan, and Dennis Mok and Naira Eloyan share first-hand experience of using quality standards and processes to ensure healthcare in disaster relief. We also take a closer look at manufacturing process audits, and how to manage workplace learning for different generations.

The Quality World Winter 2024 issue will be available on 2 December 2024. On this date, the magazine will be made available in the Quality Learning Hub for members who have added the course, or non-members who have purchased.
