Session information: CQI surveys have highlighted the ongoing challenge of attracting new talent into the quality profession. This is part of a wider skills problem impacting many other professional domains, made more difficult by the need to attract more diverse skill sets and backgrounds into quality as we deal with digital and sustainability agendas.
