In this course you will be given a high-level overview of the CQI's Quality 4.0 working definition and supporting principles, and learn how they could be applied in your organisation or for your clients.
Throughout this course, you will interact with text, additional supporting material, and answer questions to review key concepts. At the end of the course, you will complete a quiz testing the knowledge that you have acquired and a short feedback survey. We estimate this course will take 30 - 60 minutes to complete.
