Future-proofing organisations through resilience practices: quality management in an uncertain world

Session outline:

In today’s world of mounting complexity and disruption, resilience is no longer a buzzword — it’s a strategic necessity. From global pandemics and geopolitical tensions to critical supply chain failures, the frequency and severity of disruptions are increasing. For organisations to survive and thrive, they must develop the ability to anticipate, adapt, and recover in the face of uncertainty.

This session from the Derby and Nottingham network explores how business continuity (BC) and organisational resilience can be embedded into systems, culture, and strategy — fully aligned with the CQI’s mission of driving organisational excellence. It examines the key principles, tools, and practical approaches that empower quality professionals to lead resilient transformation across sectors.

This webinar explores:

  • A clear understanding of business continuity and resilience
  • Insight into key risk types, including black swan and white rhino events
  • Strategies for building resilient, adaptive supply chains
  • Practical steps to embed resilience into your organisation
